Fireline Systems was formed in 1999 to meet the operational software needs of service related companies that use QuickBooks. Equipment Pack Software was introduced in 2009 for commercial equipment companies that service, install, refurbish, rent and sell commercial equipment. These types of equipment dealers typically need to maintain a detailed customer equipment and service history as well as tracking any rental equipment and/or refurbishments costs.

Service: Scheduling and tracking customer and equipment work orders is vital. Equipment Pack tracks customer CRM with it’s direct connection to QuickBooks and creates new customer work orders which are displayed on one or more scheduling calendars. Shop work can also be tracked along with jobs waiting for parts, parts ordered and pending by projected due date. Using our mobile app platform the field technicians have access to the equipment history, the ability to type or verbally record the work performed, take pictures and get authorizations with COD payments if needed. Pricing and taxes are liked from the QuickBooks items list so the mobile information flows seamlessly from the technician to your in-house QuickBooks for billing. This provides a simple and seamless field and office solution. Equipment PM’s and consumables are tracked and scheduled on the calendar with reminders.
Equipment Rentals: Many equipment dealers also provide rental equipment with specific billing periods. Since rental equipment moves from customer to customer it can also be tracked with it’s complete detailed history. Equipment Pack shows the dealer exactly where any piece of equipment is at any moment with complete parts history.

Refurbishments: Tracked for those dealers who purchase used equipment, refurbish, and then sell or rent the equipment. Equipment Pack provides for the recording and tracking of the purchase and refurbishment costs. This includes complete cost history purchases, repairs and availability.
